Dave is…
Uploading pics from his camera.

Three quarters of the fam dressed up and in one place. Doesn’t happen often.
And realizing that in the rush to get some posts up about Shalaigh’s wedding in the midst of gearing up for finals and totally obsessed with the Mad Mardigan idea not only did I totally neglect to mention that I actually attended two wedding receptions that day (belated congrats to Meghan) and I totally neglected to pull out my camera and see what pics I took of the various fetes.
So here is further photo excitement from my wedding weekend in Springfield.

Shalaigh’s wedding ceremony.

Shalaigh’s method of transport (where does one even find a stretch truck. Does it have a hemi? And honestly what the fuck is a hemi?)

Sean shows the bride some love.

The groom too.

Over at Reception #2 the gent in the cowboy hat doing an enthusiastic version of the YMCA is my former high school dean of students. They say that when you grow up your opinion of your childhood authority figures changes, they didn’t say it was because you’d see them trying to be the cowboy in the Village People.

Also at Reception #2 looking damn dapper, was Jordan’s little dude. This kid already has more fashionable hair and outfit at age three than I have at 26. It’s kind of depressing.

Course his father is my age and still wears cammo cargo shorts so maybe the little dude only regresses from here.

And finally while leaving the post receptions bar we ran into these girls out on a bar crawl. I took pictures, intending to pass them on to the Old Man for his Abe Lincoln in pop culture blog but then I figured they were probably too low brow for him so I’ll post them here.
